When you use TalkToTali, we collect and store:

• WhatsApp phone number - Required to communicate with you
• Conversations - The messages you share with Tali
• Tasks & Context - Thoughts you've untangled, contexts, and energy levels
• Preferences - Information you've explicitly shared that helps Tali understand you better
• Memory - Summaries of our conversations that help Tali stay present and helpful

How We Store Your Data

Your data is handled with care and security:

• Encryption - Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit
• Security - We use industry-standard tools like HashiCorp Vault for encryption key management
• Privacy - We never sell your data. Tali is a companion, not a data broker.

Third-Party Processing

To provide intelligent and human-feeling responses, your conversations are processed by AI services:

• Google Gemini - Conversations are processed by Google's Gemini AI to generate supportive responses and help you organize your thoughts.

Data Retention

We keep only what is necessary to be helpful to you. Memories that are no longer relevant are gradually phased out, and you can always ask Tali to forget something specific.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can request to view, correct, or delete any information Tali remembers about you at any time.
